Payment and Cancellation Policy

Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.

If you cancel up to 5 days before the check-in date, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

In the event of cancellation made after this deadline (from 4 days prior to check-in), as well as in the event of a no-show, the full amount paid will be retained as a penalty/confirmation deposit in accordance with Article 1385 of the Civil Code.

No refund will be given in the event of a late arrival or early departure.

Should the landlord be unable to provide the booked accommodation for reasons not attributable to the guest, the amounts paid will be refunded in full.
